SOUS / wine cellar
The spacious vaulted wine cellar has two accesses: one narrow one in an angle (a service access?) from the courtyard and one from the garden, with larger steps where oak barrels could be rolled down. When we find it, the cellar is primarily filled with empty bottles and fire wood. At the courtyard side we find a stone container and smaller recipients where grapes were stored fermenting.
Besides, the cellar is the shortcut for water, electricity and sewerage pipes.
