RdC / kitchen
Most unexpected finds are uncovered in the kitchen and ancient barroom. Under the plaster are stone arches and portals. At some point we have five passages between the kitchen and café room. The floor is restored in red tiles. The 19C cement tiles which we take out serve to restore the barroom’s floor.
